We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.MICHAELTORNATO.com on the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on domestic orders. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
Once the exchange item is received to the MICHAEL TORNATO studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. MICHAEL TORNATO covers exchange shipping free of charge on domestic orders.
We will accommodate a return on items purchased on www.MICHAELTORNATO.com in the same condition it left our studio within 14 days of the shipping date. Tags must still be attached and all additional gifts included in order for the item to qualify for a return.
Garments which are offered and sold in different treatments are only returnable if they have been purchased in the BASE treatment. If the garment has been purchased with any additional treatment it is deemed final sale and cannot be returned.
MICHAEL TORNATO does not ship internationally.
MICHAEL TORNATO uses decommissioned military fabrics that have been used by the United States military before being decommissioned. We also use high quality recycled and remnant fabrics. This approach to fabrication will naturally have subtle discolorations and inconsistencies. Garments made using decommissioned military fabrics might even have some subtle tearing due to military usage. This is a part of the garments beauty and is not considered damaged. We follow extremely strict and extensive quality control standards for all of our garments to make sure the client receives the highest quality unique product. However, if the garment has large holes or stains, etc. which do no seem to be intensional or look similar to the images taken of the product please reach out to us at info@michaeltornato.com.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at info@michaeltornato.com.
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different size or color. To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Choose the correct reason for your return
5. Select the credit method you prefer (return or exchange)
6. Once approved, you will be contacted via email with the next steps
7. We will process your return once it is received and evaluated at our warehouse.
